What Starlink can do and what it needs
Starlink is satellite internet: a dish on your house receives the signal directly from satellites in low Earth orbit. It needs no phone line, cable or fiber connection — just power and as clear a view of the sky as possible.
Typical with the faster plans, up to 400 Mbps possible; up to about 100 Mbps with the entry plan.
Paid directly to Starlink, depending on the plan. No minimum term, cancel monthly.
Running around the clock, roughly €10–15 a month. Starlink Mini uses considerably less.
The dish is built for permanent outdoor use and melts snow on its own.
